Before you call
Move away from immediate danger if it is safe. Be ready to give your location, a callback number, what happened, and how many people need help. If one service is not appropriate, follow the operator's direction.
Use the right service
- Move away from immediate danger if you can do so safely.
- Choose the number by need. Use 1669 for urgent medical help, 191 for an immediate police emergency, 199 for fire, or 1155 for Tourist Police help.
- Give your location first. Add a landmark, callback number, what happened, and how many people need help.
- Follow the operator. If you reached the wrong service, use the channel the operator directs you to.

Access: Official station directory plus provincial GDC/CKAN datasets where exposed. Updates: Monthly or quarterly for station master; emergency channels are operational.

Public app-information source for the Thailand Tourist Police application, including emergency assistance, translation, location sharing, alerts, and app-based tourist support context. App-side operational data is not a public bulk API.
