# enjoythai.land accommodation policy: Airbnb, vacation rentals, villas, serviced apartments

## Rule

Do not create static listing-level Airbnb recommendations.

Use Airbnb / vacation rentals / villas / serviced apartments as **city-level stay patterns** and **live-check candidates** only.

## Why

Individual listings are unstable:

- availability changes daily
- prices change dynamically
- review counts and ratings change
- hosts can delist or relist
- building/condo rules can vary
- short-term rental legality and licensing can be property-specific
- exact location disclosure is often intentionally partial before booking

## Static-safe fields

These can be stored in repo data:

- city-level rental relevance
- base-area relevance
- property pattern: condo, villa, serviced apartment, homestay, guesthouse, river raft, beach villa
- route risk: ferry, road, rail, airport, border, event crowding
- weather/AQI/flood caveats
- whether a rental pattern is useful for families, long stays, workation, airport buffer, island transfer, event overflow

## Live-only fields

Do not store as durable static facts:

- exact Airbnb listing URLs
- host names
- nightly prices
- review counts
- star ratings
- claimed legality
- room availability
- cancellation policy
- hidden exact address
- cleaning fee/service fee totals
- security deposit or house rules
- property license status unless verified from official/public registry
