Jewellery also carries workmanship. The association labels its ornament calculation as an estimate, so a shop’s final invoice or buy-back offer can differ from the reference table.
Thai gold prices can be revised more than once in a day without a fixed number of updates. Record the date, time and announcement number when comparing a screenshot with a shop board.
The association explains that retail shops may include transport, risk and other costs, particularly away from wholesale centres. Ask for the current shop price directly rather than presenting an old reference quote as binding.
