NIEMS publications, aggregate reports and system manuals are different from authorized operational access. Do not assume that a portal link exposes patient records, a dispatch API or a reusable case database.

For a map: check the feature's date and source. A facility point is not evidence of current staffing, opening hours or ambulance availability.
For access: use the provider's published route. Do not collect patient or incident details from restricted systems.
