An address in Bangkok, Nonthaburi or Samut Prakan belongs to MEA's area. Provincial addresses outside those areas generally belong to PEA. Search the responsible utility rather than treating the two notice systems as one national list.
A notice may explain scheduled maintenance affecting a named area and time. Confirm the address and publication date because a similarly named district or an older announcement may not apply.
